• New bridge constructed on bored concrete piled foundations
• Reinforced concrete base and abutments with brick facings
• Bridge beams spanning abutments with insitu concrete deck
• Contract included road re-alignment and surfacing

• Works were undertaken under road closure
• Temporary pedestrian footpath was provided and canal traffic access
maintained through out the contract period.
