Scope
Adroit Construction were responsible for all M & E design working closely with Severn Trent Engineerining who were repsonsible for the civil design.
The project involved the following upgrades:
Construction of new inlet works including new concrete inlet structure, screens, screen conveying and conditioning and associated controls. Refurbishment of existing Primary and Humus Settlement Tanks new scum removal system, slip rings & control panel and health and safety upgrades. Construction of new primary tanks auto-desludging pumping station using RAM pumps. Modifications to existing Humus tanks auto-desludging system using actuated eccentric plug de-sludging valve control. Modifications/Refurbishments to existing return liquors and sludge transfer pumping station. Involving convert existing dry well pumping stations to wet wells and demolition of existing structures. New Two Stage Washwater Pumping Station and site ring main – New Main MCC Building and control panel.
Site Works including ducts and draw pits, site drainage, roadways and footpaths, site lighting and all soft landscaping.
