Scope
This project involved the construction of a new fish pass on the river Lugg / Kenwater near Leominster, Herefordshire.

Prior to construction of the new facility Adroit Construction were involved with the removal of the existing fish pass on the diversion channel.

To enable the construction of the new fish pass to precede a temporary plastic dam was installed, together with a flume, to establish dry working conditions while maintaining water flows to both rivers.

The project in addition to the construction of the fish pass involved consideration for flood diversions at a bifurcation weir.
