Quality Management
Our Quality Management System covers specifications, routines and practical procedures well beyond the standard requirements, and we have gained registration with the accredited certification body Lloyd's Registered Quality Assurance (LRQA) to the quality standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Adroit Construction Services declares and supports the following policies for quality control:
- Our objective is to satisfy the needs of our clients in all respects through high quality, technically competent solutions;
- We aim to be professional and responsive to all client enquiries and orders, and endeavour to provide the people and resources to satisfy all client requirements in every way, including any relevant regulatory and legal requirements;
- We intend to play a proactive part in the supply chain, encouraging and undertaking communication, relationships and initiatives with our suppliers, subcontractors and clients;
- We monitor our own performance, set and monitor objectives, measure the satisfaction of our clients, and constantly strive to improve what we do on a continuous basis.
All companies in the Adroit Group ensure that:
- All employees involved with our activities, whether directly or working on our behalf, are familiar and understand the methods and practice formalised by the Integrated Management System.
- The Integrated Management System is available at Head Office, via the intranet and on the companies websites.
- Site documents cover the policies formalised by the Integrated Management System, and a copy of the IMS is available at each site.
- We encourage good working practice and communicate health and safety issues through our management structure and via our company literature.
- We are committed to improve upon our practice wherever commercially sensible and take opportunities to make positive changes and enhance what we do.
