Training and DevelopmentAdroit Construction is commited to improve our work practice and to develop a profitable work culture for both our clients and our employees. We regularly complete full company audits to ensure all our operations meet internal benchmarks and the KPI’s of our clients. As a founding member of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Constructing Excellence Club (HAWCE), which Adroit Managing Director David Broome continues to Chair, we continue to assess and enrich our practice through key industry partnerships. Adroit Construction also supports the continuous improvements programme set by Lloyds Registered Quality Assurance (LRQA), which aims to enhance the quality standards already achieved through ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2000 certification. We are conscious that establishing a positive work environment which encourages professional development, communication and feedback amongst employees is key to providing a customer focused service for our clients. Each employee has a structured personal development plan, which is reviewed and assessed throughout the year and discussed in detail during formalised appraisals. Training requirements, to meet our company objectives and those of our clients, are acutely monitored and met through in-house and external training. We encourage open, efficient communication between company employees and believe this approach is reflected in the strong relationships we build with our clients. |
