Objective
To replace an existing culvert through proposed housing development site to create more development land.

What did the project involve?
The development site was originally disected by Lutley Brook which in turn greatly restricted the potential of the land available.

Kendrick Homes awarded us a contracted to divert the Brook using corrigated culvert sections.

All the permanent and temporary works associated with the project were handled by Adroit Construction including the new headwalls.

Additionally we installed significant drainage pipework.

Initially we excavated trial holes to locate the existing siphon(s) within the site to determine the optimum methods to be adopted for the Earthworks.
