What did the project involve?
This project is part of the STW AMP 4 southern region pumping station refurbishment programme.

The project involved the conversion of the existing drywell station into a wetwell pumping station.

Firstly, the works required the removal of all existing redundant mechanical & electrical equipment and demolition of the existing pump house. Adroit then installed new submersible pumps, new MCC and a new kiosk with all associated electrical installation. The kiosk and control panels have all been located above flood levels.

Adroit also completed works on the new gantry crane and carried out all associated civil works for this project.
